• Please post the cheque or money order with the printed form.
• Note that we can only process payments on non-Australian orders by credit card or international postal money order.
• Personal cheques drawn on foreign banks cannot be accepted.
• If you include your e-mail address with your printed form, we will email confirmation of order usually within 24 hours of receipt of your form.

Non-Australian customers please note that all prices quoted are in Australian dollars.

All Australian orders are sent by Express Post at $6.50 per order.

On the order form, you can nominate that we send your items overseas in one of three ways, as follows:

• We recommend insuring your items as we can take no responsibility for uninsured shipments.
• To determine shipping and insurance costs for overseas orders, please submit your order, which we will process and then email / fax you with shipping weight / costs. We will then hold your order for 10 days awaiting payment.
• We can only process payments on non-Australian orders by credit card or international postal money order.
• Personal cheques drawn on foreign banks cannot be accepted.

• A PDF requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, a small free download from the Adobe site: take the link at right. Adobe is one of the most reputable companies in web software, and this reader is used for providing printable forms throughout the virtual world.
• If you can't download Acrobat reader, we've provided an HTML order page. (This will appear in a separate window. Press the Print button on your browser to output the form.)
