The NSWGR (New South Wales Government Railways) acquired a total
of 275 of these from 1958 to 1965. These general service wagons
were used for any freight that required no refrigeration (see Kit
207 NRY vans). They can be modelled in any one of
four colour schemes including the TLX silver painted vans,
used for pallet-loaded sheet tinplate traffic.
Decal pack 903 (sold separately) contains preset numbers
to do 10 different versions of the GLX, NLGX and TLX
vans. This set also includes the special "Australian Tinplate"
nameboard lettering.
